Ingredients

2 large round bammies

1 cup coconut milk

Thalia’s pimento cooking oil for frying

 

Method

1. Cut each bammy in four triangular pieces.

2. Place coconut milk in a small bowl.

3. Place pimento cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

4. Once the oil is heated, dip the bammy slices into the coconut milk until completely immersed and then fry in the pan, turning occasionally until both sides are golden brown.
