Hi,

I'm Nathalia the founder of Thalia's. Our company is based in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica and we produce cooking oils infused with Jamaican herbs and spices. So, everything started when I got the idea from my Dad to find an easier way for persons to use pimento (allspice) without having to bite on the whole pimento berries. I'm a food chemist by training and so I spent many months mixing and testing product formulations before creating our award winning Jamaican pimento cooking oil.
